I want to go to Halloween Haunt because it is so awesome and I saw it on the T.V and I want to go there. There are a lot of cool rides and a lot of good food there they have like hamburgers fries chicken and a lot of food. They have scary rides that you can go on (rollercoasters) and there are mazes that you can go in and you will be really scared.

This is a good setting because you might find it really fun and you will be full for a long time and you won’t forget the day that you went there. It is a very good setting because the T.V Advertize it And its a good place to go to.



Because it’s the best there is a lot of cool rollercoasters and you will be scared and its scary and fun at the same time. And when Its close to closing people dress up in costumes and they try to make you run way and its really fun. You should vist there some time.

Hi my name is Ashley. I love going shopping with my friends and i also love listening to music and dancing. Usually on weekends me and my friends go to the mall , eat ,hang out or walk around . Sometimes on weekends i go to my aunts house to visit my cousins . my favourite sport is basketball. I play it and watch it. Every day after school i have to walk my dog before i do anything.


Usually after school i go home , walk my dog then i go outside with my friends but when were bored we go to the mall or we just walk around trying to find something to do . Every time its raining me and my friends just stay inside until it stops raining . Sometimes when I'm too tired to go outside i just go on the computer all day . The subject i like in school is art because its very fun because i like to draw so its fun for me .Sometimes when I'm bored at home i draw or i just talk on the phone .

Hi my name is Sara. I’m a gr.8 student at school. My favorite subjects in school are Science, Gym, Art, and Geography. I like going to school. When I go home after school I listen to music, watch TV, and use the computer.


Things I like to do are: go shopping, listen to music, dancing, and more. My favorite sports are volleyball, basketball, and badminton. I like reading books like Twilight, and The Baby Sitters Club. I like hip hop, pop and rock music. My favorite colors are blue. I watch movies often and I like watching action and comedy the best.

In my family I have 3 sisters and 1 brother. I’m the youngest in my family. I like being the youngest because everyone helps me. I live in an apartment with 7 people.

Hi my name is Dusk and I’m a gr.8 student. Love food especially West Indian food, Mexican food, potatoes. Food is a very big part of my life. When I grow up I’m considering being a chef. I also really love buffets, and I would go to Las Vegas just for the buffet. The food network is also some thing that I always watch, my favorite shows are guy’s big bite, and diners drive inn’s and dives. I always watch them.

I love music like Menudo, NLT, Jonas brothers, Stokes, Paramore, flyleaf, bad brains, santogold ect. I’m also very open to different styles like afro-punk, rock, country, hip-hop, pop, and jazz. Music is a very big part of my life. I listen to it every day, and it helps me with my emotions if I’m mad I listen to bad brains.


My friends and I always go shopping!!!!!!!!!!!! And we talk in class a lot!!!! I’m a very good student, I get straight As and my favorite classes are history, math, and gym. I’m also very good at sports, and I love watching the NFL. My favorite teams are the Bengals, and the Chiefs. I also watch ACFL, I love the Iowa Hawkeyes J. I also love going on stardoll, a website were you can dress up stars and have an account. It is so much fun and my friends and I all have one. I also love Harry Potter. It is my favorite movie and book.

My name is Blue Eyes. My age is 14. I live in Toronto and I am a Canadian student. I have an older sister.

My hobby would be building boats with my Grandfather. I haven't built one yet. I will, one day, whatever my grandparents want.

I applied to walking dogs for the Humane Society because I love all animals. I have a little cat named Baby.

I love to talk! I talk anywhere and everywhere. I also love Mars bars and pizza but just the cheese ones. But I love fruit too.

My favorite subject in school would be math. I would like to be a lawyer or work with animals in the future. But, I am thinking when I grow up I would be interested in being a foster parent.

At my school I do the announcements each morning. It gives me a laugh.

Hi my name is Barrkei. I am a Canadian student and I’m 13 years old. I am a only child, My hobbies are: playing Wow (World of Warcraft) which is a MMORPG ( Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game) I also like to read comics and novels like Sci-Fi and fiction.
Every Saturday I take Guitar lessons, I just started a few months ago and I like it very much and its fun.
Volley ball is my favorite spot to play. Since it was the only sports team I made in the sixth grade. On our last game I scored the Winning serve.
I enjoy spending time with my dad we go eat and other stuff like biking watch movies check out what’s new at stores that kind of stuff
I have a lot of friends. Sometimes me and a friend go to Down-Town and check out there new stuff in comic book stores and stuff. I love to listen to music when I’m doing stuff like Homework or playing a game.
My favorite place to eat is Harvey’s, but on special occasions I love to go to Red Lobster.

Hello my name is Tylar. I like Halo 3. It’s a really fun game that is rated M17+. I like it because you can play on-line with other people. Well, there are different ranks that tell how good you are. I’m not that good yet. But I’m a lieutenant, grade 2. I’m getting better at the game though.

Skateboarding is one of my hobbies. I like to go to different skate parks around the city. I skate around there on the ramps. I’m trying to grind better on the posts. My favourite skate boarder is Rodney Mullen.

My other favourite thing to do is to break dance. it’s a really fun thing to do on your spare time me and my friend are having a dance battle today its going to be really cool .

What I did in the summer was I went to Canada wonderland. I also went to Ontario place and centre island. I went to my friends cottage for 2 weeks .I went swimming and played video games. Then my friends little brother came a started to bug us so then we picked him up and throw him in the water but then her mom said he was not allowed in the water by his self so then we had to go in the water with him because his mom told us to because he did not have a life jacket on so then we played a game in the water called macro polo.

I am a grade 8 student in the middle of Toronto. My favourite pass time is going to the emergency room because i have broken my arm, again. so far i am at break #7-8, i sort of lost count. My favourite quote is "Only Those Who Risk Going Too Far Could Possibly Find Out How Far One Could Go."

i enjoy trying new things like skateboarding, rock climbing, and and snowboarding.i also enjoy creating different thing with different medias. One of my favourite thins that i have made is a Mobile or brightly colour birds.

my favourite thing to do is and be with my friends. I'm on face book and msn all the time. this is one of the best ways for me to keep in touch when I'm far away or there far away.

Hello, my name is Jenny.

Hi, my name is Jenny. *sigh* I’m 13 (close to 14) years old. Life as a Canadian student is ok in some ways, but horrible in others. I don’t really have any friends except for 1. Her name is Harley and we get along as well as peanut butter (or marsh-mellows if you’re allergic to nuts) and chocolate. Too bad most of the school doesn’t see me as a smart misunderstood artist.

I have different favorite songs. But my favorite song is “Canned Heat”. I like it because it has a catchy tune. On the weekends however, I usually stay in my room because I’m pretty lonely. At least my online peers are kind to me. But, *sigh* I never get to see them in person.

I have an older brother, but we have nearly nothing in common. He likes Sci-Fi, I like MOST Disney movies. The only thing we both like is Super Smash Bros Brawl. We both enjoy its competitiveness. I’ve got many after school activities going on including: piano, singing and inprov. That’s about all I have to say about myself. *sigh*

Hello my name is Jack. I am 13 and I am in grade 8. I go to a grade 7-8 middle school. I have some really nice teachers.

I like basketball and hanging out with my friends. The subject I like the most in school is gym because it is really active and it’s fun. We have lots of fun subjects in school. Outside of school, in the NBA, the Boston Celtics are my favourite team.


What I like to do outside of school is.. hang out with my friends. I also like going to play basketball with them too. It’s fun. But when there is no one to hang out with I just stay home play on the computer or some thing like that. And that’s just a little bit about me that I wanted to share with you.

Hello my name is.....Miss Jean.

Hi my name is Miss Jean. I'm the teacher in the lovely grade 7 and 8 class in the Canadian school. I really enjoy photography on my spare time. I hope to share photography and my digital camera with my students as the year progresses. We are examining a lot of media this year. We started off with looking at how lyrics and music videos match or don't match the songs' intentions.

It's a new school for me this year. I love the location. There are lovely trees outside my window and a lot of the staff bicycle to school. That's one more thing I'd like to share with you. I enjoy nature - both winter and summer - and am a big environmentalist.
One of my favourite things to do is to go outside and walk - city or country.

I'm a big fan of science fiction too. I love the movies and writing. One of my favourite shows is Doctor Who. And, talking about science, I also like real life scientific ideas: space, robotics and a lot of technology.
